An open living, dining and kitchen space with ocean views through almost every window, a hot tub on the deck, and a garage full of beach gear so you can walk straight to the sand.

Main floor

Open-concept living room with fireplace and surround sound. Gourmet kitchen with a big island and 4 bar stools, 5-burner range, wine cooler, Keurig, Ninja blender and waffle maker. Queen bedroom, bunk room (2 bunk beds, sleeps 4), full bath with tub, half bath and laundry. Covered patio with a big dining table.

Upstairs

King suite with a sitting area, walk-in closet, double sinks and a large shower. Twin room with its own bathroom. Upper deck with a couch, two sun loungers and a high table for coffee or a glass of wine in the breeze.

Ground level

Outdoor shower and a garage stocked for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, sand toys, boogie board, life jacket, kids' floaties and 3 bikes. Covered parking for 4 to 5 cars. High chairs, a crib and safety gates for little ones.
